Ori follows strict data minimisation and zero training policies. Emotional and biometric information is handled with exceptional care.

We do NOT:

• Train AI models on personal data
• Sell or share data with third parties
• Use emotional data for advertising
• Store biometric or emotional information longer than required for real-time function
• Link emotional data to identity unless the user gives explicit consent

We DO:

• Encrypt all data using industry standard protocols
• Provide region-specific storage based on local privacy laws
• Give users full access, deletion and export controls
• Clearly separate individual, enterprise and institutional data
• Provide transparent data boundaries in every environment

Ori complies with GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA-adjacent wellness frameworks, and emerging global biometric regulations.

Ori’s emotional-AI engine is built to understand:

• access identity-linked data
• use emotional signals for disciplinary action

Workplace deployments are designed to support employee wellness and reduce burnout, not monitor individuals.

Ori cannot be used for:

• covert monitoring
• hidden recording
• staff evaluation
• disciplinary profiling

The system is designed with strong ethical boundaries to prevent misuse.
If misuse is detected, Ori automatically restricts access and alerts the user.
