Theo brings powerful insight into performance under pressure, emotional stability, support systems and the importance of early mental health intervention. His experience with athletes, veterans, schools and communities strengthens Ori’s mission to support emotional wellness for all ages.

Javier is a trusted advisor supporting Ori’s expansion into Mexico, including nearshoring, legal pathways, manufacturing guidance and regional operations. He brings experience working across Mexican commercial, manufacturing and government networks, helping companies scale safely and strategically.
His guidance supports Ori’s long term plans for:
